EnneAgraM End User License Agreement (EULA) Version 1.0.0 - October 2026 This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Murat Tutu (EnneAgraM DSP) ("Licensor") for the software product EnneAgraM, including the VST3 plugin, the standalone application, the factory content (wavetables, presets, tunings, patterns), and all related documentation (collectively, the "Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. 1. LICENSE GRANT The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on computers that you own or control, for music production and sound design purposes, commercial or non-commercial. The Software is licensed, not sold. 2. LICENSE TYPES - Demo: The demo version is free for evaluation. It runs the full sound engine with the 100 factory presets included in the demo package. Saving (presets, banks, wavetables, patterns and other user files) and certain export functions are disabled, the demo cannot open presets from other sources, and DAW projects do not store the demo's settings (the plugin reopens in its initial state). You may not circumvent, disable, or tamper with these limitations. - Full: The full version requires a valid license key. A license key is issued to one person (or one legal entity) and is bound to that licensee's machines. You may install and use the Software on multiple machines you own, but you may not share, publish, sell, rent, or distribute your license key. 3. YOUR MUSIC You own the music and sounds you create with the Software. No royalty, credit, or additional permission is required for commercial use of music made with EnneAgraM, including use of the factory presets, wavetables, and samples as part of your musical works. You may not, however, redistribute the factory content itself (as files, sample packs, wavetable packs, or competing preset products) separately from your music. 4. RESTRICTIONS You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the license verification or encryption mechanisms of the Software; (b) remove or alter copyright notices or branding; (c) use the Software to create a competing product; (d) sublicense, lease, or lend the Software or your license key. This does not restrict your rights to third-party open-source components listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES, which remain under their own licenses. 5. UPDATES AND UPGRADES Minor updates within version 1.x are free for licensed users. Major upgrades (e.g., version 2.0) may be offered at a discounted upgrade price; the terms announced at the time of purchase apply. 6. PRIVACY The Software does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data or usage telemetry. License verification is performed locally on your machine. Crash reports are generated only at your explicit request and are sent by you, manually. 7. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS The Software contains open-source components (including iPlug2, zlib, tweetnacl, dr_libs, stb_image). Their respective licenses are reproduced in the THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file distributed with the Software. 8. NO WARRANTY The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost projects, or data loss, arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Licensor's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license. 10. TERMINATION This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software. Sections 3 (music you already made), 8, 9, and 11 survive termination. 11. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. 12. REFUNDS Because a free demo with the full sound engine (saving disabled) is available for evaluation, all sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
